Presentation meeting of the EMN Study “Identification of Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings in International Protection and Forced Return Procedures in the Slovak Republic”, Bratislava, 17 June 2014

On June 17, 2014, IOM Bratislava, as a coordinator of EMN in the Slovak Republic, held a presentation meeting on the EMN Focussed Study Identification of victims of trafficking in human beings in international protection and forced return procedures in the Slovak Republic. It was attended by representatives of non-governmental organisations operating in the field of counter-trafficking in the Slovak Republic (Human Rights League, Slovak Catholic Charity, People in Need).

The meeting aimed at presenting the main findings of the EMN national study as well as the respective EMN synthesis report which describes the situation in this field in the EU. After the presentation, a discussion followed providing space for the participants in order to exchange experience and good practice, inform each other about ongoing or planned activities as well as possibilities for future cooperation.
