Were you forced to flee the war in Ukraine and thanks to temporary protection you can work in the EU? Or do you know someone like that? The EU Talent Pool Pilot is a new pilot project of the European Commission, which makes it easier for people with temporary protection to find work in the Union. Last year, the European Commission, the European Labour Authority (ELA), the European Employment Services (EURES), EU Member States and the European Migration Network (EMN), which is coordinated in Slovakia by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), participated in its creation.
EU Talent Pool Pilot
Through this project and the European EURES portal, a person with temporary protection can create a CV and show their skills to more than 4,000 verified and registered employers. The services of the EURES network are available in Slovakia at all 46 labour offices where EURES advisers and contact persons work.
The Slovak Republic also participated in the project, and informs about its details on the website of the Ministry of Labour, as well as on the website of the Slovak EURES portal.
You can download the EU Talent Pool Pilot leaflet in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
