Available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, the immigration web portal of the European Commission provides reliable, practical and up-to-date information on immigration issues for both non-EU citizens who wish to migrate to any EU Member State and EU citizens who might be interested to know more about their rights and the rights of their non-EU relatives. In addition to this, it includes Glossary with the most frequent terms concerning migration as well as access to external websites for further details.

This EMN Inform contains the main findings of the EMN synthesis report examining whether, and how, potential victims of trafficking in human beings are detected and identified in international protection and forced return procedures in the EU Member States and Norway. The report concerned both applicants for international protection and ‘failed’ applicants in forced return procedures who have received a (final) negative decision on their application(s) for protection or have abandoned the procedure.
